Great hotel and staff The place was clean and the staff was excellent. I had a great experience.
close to the Austin Airport Pros: seems updated Location: airport handy We had an overall very nice stay. We did have to mention to the desk that the bathroom stopper would not work so kept sink draining very slowly, also were wondering about the safety of no screens or barrier to an all out open window on the 3rd floor, being that with children in mind, all in all very good choice for conveince to airport.
Weekend Trip Stayed here just for a weekend trip for a concert me and my friends went to. Location was perfect it was about 10 minute drive from the concert venue and not too far from downtown. The room was clean and comfortable and has a view of downtown ! Staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy . Will definitely stay here again

Location was great. The room a/c did not work Thankfully the weather was good outside and my room temp was ok. I got in so late that by the time I realized the a/c was not working, I decided to just go to sleep. Staff was good. I was just there to get some sleep.

Nice hotel/difficult to locate Need bigger and more outstanding hotel name signage and trimming of trees around building. Hotel was a bit difficult to find.

Nice, clean hotel, beautiful lobby Staff is very friendly. The lobby is a nice area to relax. There is a nice patio and pool area.
The staff is great, the hotel is Ok The hotel staff was really good but there was no hot water (and nobody told us upfront). It is not that bad for a grownup to shower in cold water. Washing 2 kids was hot hugely unsuccessful.
