The hotel was nice, you can tell it's older and that they have remodeled it but it looks nice. The elevator was broken for the top floor which I was staying on so I would have to take it up to the 3rd floor(I was on the 4th) and then go all the way down the hall to the stairs and walk up the stairs the rest of the way. The elevator was very old and definitely felt a little sketchy but it ended up okay. I didn't use the pool or the fitness center and I didn't ask the front desk for anything. My room on 5th floor had constan loud vibrating noise that ounded like jack hammers. I didn't even hear the airplane noise, but this noise never stopped. Called front desk but there was no other rooms available to relocate me, nor maintenence person on sight. I had to put my ear buds on to sleep.

Comfortable airport hotel A very comfortable hotel near Austin airport for a night after a long flight. The beds were comfortable, the shower was good, the staff were friendly. We appreciated the free airport shuttle service. The breakfast options were okay too, but the amount of unnecessary single use plastic was pretty awful.

Good quality and convenient loca Spacious and a little better than the rest. breakfast just as bad as the rest but good to not have to go out for a quick bite. Coffee not so great. Surprisingly nice and helpful staff, that’s a bonus.
