Very Good The elevator was very musty smelling & felt as if there were no ventilation but other than that everything was good
Exceptional The pool was freezing!! Was told over phone by staff that it was a heated pool. Told by staff after 2 days, the pool was just fixed upon my check out. The Hispanic lady serving breakfast was rude and very unfriendly. I did not travel over 3 hours to be mistreated about breakfast. Everything else was nice!!
Good stay not great The bed was not comfortable and looks like it has had it's mattress pad changed in a LONG time (the encasement was ripped) Clean, easy to check in and out, mostly updated.

HEB Center visit Facilities could use some touch up and breakfast needs improved. Checkin was easy with very efficient and kind staff. Clean and very spacious room. Very reasonably priced. Only 5 minutes from our event and close to multiple places to eat.
Comfortable one night Bed sheets rough and itchy. Pillows and Bed a bit hard. Found a bug on wall. One TV wasn't working. Could hear traffic all night. Soft towels and good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Friendly staff and got an upgrade! Nice decor. Nice big TV and stations.

Very Good Nothing not to like. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.. got me an extra large trash bag I needed. Breakfast staff was helpful as well. Full, hot breakfast was a welcome relief from the chains that are still milking the covid restrictions.. even had an automatic espresso machine which was a really nice thing! Made a decent cup. Don't get the milk based drinks though. Long time since that milk saw a cow (must have been powdered / reconstituted). Big bathroom. Good sleeping disagree. No complaints at all.
