Near where we needed to be for a night before going on a cruise, friendly staff who explained everything and room close by as elevator being used by mums and baby carts.
Room was enough for our needs, breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were good. The area was completely safe, 5 minute walk from metro stop.
This was a very nice hotel, and it was very hard to beat the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We arrived early, and they worked very hard to make our room available for us early. The room was super small, but that's most affordable hotels in NY. The breakfast was also pretty good--better than a standard continental breakfast.
