Adequate hotel for Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Very noisy location, right next to the Metro train.

The staff were very professional, Indy, the front desk Agent greeted me the moment I walked through the door, she was very helpful, and most important, she was always smiling and welcoming, she remained professional throughout my stay. The housekeepers were magnificent. The next time I return to New York, The La Quinta Inn & Suites, Brooklyn, will be my home away from.
The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful. Continental breakfast had nice choices. Loved the fresh fruit. Our keycard did not unlock the rear entry door where our car was parked so we had to walk around the building. There was a strong urine odor as we walked past a garbage area on that side of the building and groups of men hanging out on the street when we parked about 9:30pm on a Friday night.
