Planned a romantic night and hotel was great. Timothy at the front desk was extremely amazing and he even fave me a few pointers and allowed me to bring in balloons for my special night. Room was clean and quite which was also great.

Nice hotel in a so so area The hotel is very nice, rooms and bathrooms are new and our was clean and comfortable. The location is noisy and not very nice, but close to the metro. Breakfast is ok. My main problems are that 1) the parking is ridiculously small, 2) the air conditioning unit is very noisy and there is no way to regulate the fan, nor open the window because there are no screens; 4) walls are paper thin; 4) what they call a queen bed is actually a full. Hotel is great inside, location is sketchy Booked this hotel in Brooklyn online, never having been to that area before. We were a bit surprised driving through the area, it doesn't seem like a great part of the town. But considering the location, and what it looks like from the outside, the hotel was quite good. No complaints about anything within - the staff were accommodating, the room was large and had everything we needed.

Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly and efficient. We had never been to Brooklyn so when we arrived we were a little unsure of the neighborhood (we are from the country lol) however, we got out and walked around a bit and had no issues.

Amazing experience Our first visit of NYC, from far away (Slovenia, Europe). Amazing experience, chance to meet a real Brooklyn. Very friendly.
