All in all nice stay Bed mattress and pillows not comfortable and knock at door for room service at 9am

We are sorry to hear the bed was not the most comfortable, rest assured we are looking onto the issue and working towards replacing the bed. Unfortunately, our housekeepers start their day at 8am, and will knock on any door that does not have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on it. I apologize for the disruption and will ensure the housekeepers know to not to disturb rooms with that sign!
