Very Good I understand that the staffing situation is very low right not and I understand that weekends are the worst but my room went without being cleaned for 2 days. Breakfast was not available it this location except for a bagged breakfast which I did not use.

Peasant I heard nothing about breakfast so I have no idea if I paid for it and didn’t get it. Each morning there was nothing but coffee out and no one mentioned it at check-in and I forgot to ask. I bought a drink. I was told it was on my room bill got charged that night…not a problem. But then paid a second time for it on my room bill. Front desk staff the next day fixed it but it might be a good training opportunity. It was nice and simple. Castle rock. It was good Close to anything you need. Nice area. Staff were really nice. Guadalajara restaurant very close by with great food.
