terrible. the toilet was clogged when we got there and the guy at the front desk said “what do you want me to do about it” and made my husband unclog it. the hallway smelt disgusting. close to where we needed to be
not at all a pleasurable experience old , rude staff, unclean room
Very Disappointing The staff was not very professional The elevator was in very poor working condition Had to take stairs to 3rd floor and down a few times ,as the Elevator was banging and acting like it was going to get stuck between floors. Very uncomfortable feeling Heating and AC was not working right Overall this place has gone way downhill Liked the location
Poor Found two bugs in our room, was never told housekeeping would not come in and change out towels or straighten up room unless a tag was hung on the door that we filled out. Horrible communication no tips left for cleaning staff which is their loss because of communications at the desk
Convenient to work but a terrible hotel experience otherwise. There was absolutely no room service during my 3 day stay. No clean sheets, towels, toiletries of coffee/tea. Absolutely shameful and unprofessional. The breakfast was a great convenience. Value was there.
Horrible Our room wasn’t ready walked in to it being dirty. Went back down which the staff said they’ll upgrade us. Went to the room they up graded us with and sat there for a hour to realize this room wasn’t clean as well! Stains on the carpet floor. The light fixture had rust on it! Lamps had stains on it. Also if you look up to the ceiling you can see where they had a water leakage. I paid for rooms same day and they meet my standards. Bad
We will not be staying here again. The bugs , the dirty floor , We had to keep our shoes on the whole time cause it was not clean. We couldn't swim and the oven broken so we did not get the breakfast we thought . The towels were clean . It says breakfast but there was none . The pool was not swim able. The ice machine was broken . This place had a bad smell
