Disappointing The carpet smells Customer service
A let down I booked two nights and only stayed one.Couldn’t get a refund because the staff didn’t report to the 3rd party that I cancelled very convenient and quick to get me and my family checked in.
Too many things were wrong for the expensive price. No hot breakfast (especially for the price). No hot water the next morning. No ice machine on the 3rd floor (although it said it did). One of my keys to my room didn’t work. I didn’t like it.
Disappointing they didn’t have hot running water, it was not cleaned well. great location

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but this was something that the hotel had no control over. Our water heaters use gas, and unfortunately the fire department shut down the gas lines in the area close to the hotel and neighborhoods behind the property due to a fire that happened early morning. Luckily no other homes or businesses blew up due to the consideration of the fire department. Thank you for your feedback.
Ok but no hot breakfast and no ice machine People with dogs on the inside is unsanitary to me and I was expecting a hot breakfast not a a microwave breakfast....maybe some grits eggs sausage potatoes and orange juice to start the day it really makes a difference The free wifi an d the bed was comfy
Würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen Ein sehr verlebtes Hotel, allgemeiner Zustand nicht generell sauber, starke Gerüche in den Fluren und auf dem Zimmer Nach reiflicher Überlegung, generell nichts. Den Pool konnte man nicht benutzen da das Wetter nicht dem entsprechend war.
We made it through the night but don’t think we would be booking here again. we had a pool view and it was dirty with not only leafs but trash. In our room, it was a bit musty when you walked in. Our toilet kept running water and flushing making loud noises. Also the mirror had writing on it in the bathroom. The carpet was stained and the hallway smelled like dog pee. The outside of the property was okay, bed was comfortable, however, the comforter was too hard almost felt like paper.
