We will not be staying here again. The bugs , the dirty floor , We had to keep our shoes on the whole time cause it was not clean. We couldn't swim and the oven broken so we did not get the breakfast we thought . The towels were clean . It says breakfast but there was none . The pool was not swim able. The ice machine was broken . This place had a bad smell

Disappointing Price given through their own reservation line was not honored and price doubled; rooms not cleaned on a daily even though a request was placed through management.

Terrifying and completely inexplicable and confusing. Manager when he checked me in sort of late afternoon was so nice, so helpful I got his card to send a compliment. I came, slept and was awakened by same manager at 11:03 who told me “he did not want me in his hotel and I had to leave quickly as checkout was at noon.He was absolutely out of control. A let down I booked two nights and only stayed one.Couldn’t get a refund because the staff didn’t report to the 3rd party that I cancelled very convenient and quick to get me and my family checked in.

Too many things were wrong for the expensive price. No hot breakfast (especially for the price). No hot water the next morning. No ice machine on the 3rd floor (although it said it did). One of my keys to my room didn’t work. I didn’t like it.

Disappointing they didn’t have hot running water, it was not cleaned well. great location

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience but this was something that the hotel had no control over. Our water heaters use gas, and unfortunately the fire department shut down the gas lines in the area close to the hotel and neighborhoods behind the property due to a fire that happened early morning. Luckily no other homes or businesses blew up due to the consideration of the fire department. Thank you for your feedback.

Ok but no hot breakfast and no ice machine People with dogs on the inside is unsanitary to me and I was expecting a hot breakfast not a a microwave breakfast....maybe some grits eggs sausage potatoes and orange juice to start the day it really makes a difference The free wifi an d the bed was comfy
