Fair Bedding issues Mgr’s swift action in rectifying a situation
Very unclean facility with unprofessional rude front desk staff! Room was dirty. Front desk personnel Josh and Salina were very unprofessional and rude. There was dried vomit near the bed, and the heater sounded like a freight truck. When I asked to speak with a manager, Salina told me if I needed to speak with someone higher up than her she would ask me to leave the property. I will never stay there again. Nothing

Mrs. Harris We went to verify the room after you checked out and the room was not dirty. We did everything we could to accommodate you especially during the circumstances that the hotel was in due to the winter storm. The phones were constantly ringing back to back, and the hotel was short staffed. Please Excuse us for at least trying and working so hard to accommodate everyone during this difficult winter storm. Were Sorry that you weren't satisfied with your stay.

Bad The manager Selina Lane was very augmentive and disrespectful when I tried to advise her how her staff Zack and Jacob treated me over night.! The staff allowed random people to enter and exit the facility all night.! They kept open the exit door to smoking area and back door.! Allowed people to knock on the walls and call my phone during the night.! As well as someone tried to enter the room walking me up at 5:30 am.! Didn’t get any sleep here smh very uncomfortable staff.!

I would not stay there again the room had a smell that was like wet carpet or feet. the carpet felt dirty. the rooms looked nothing like they did online at check in we were told that there would be breakfast bags, on the first morning there was no bags found and no one around to ask for help, the second morning I ran into some guest that had the bags but yet no one told us where to go to find them
