My stay was excellent, and accommodations met my expectations. There is are no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The room was a great size and the bed was all so comfortable,

Good Upon check in the staff member checking me in explained the amenities, including the pool hours. We went to our room and dressed for the pool only to discover the pool was closed for maintenance. We went to the front desk to ask about the pool hours and learned the pool would be closed during our stay. We asked for an alternative location. A far superior experience than what was expected from your typical suburban hotel chain. The pool was not operating while we were there but then we didn't expect to swim anyway. However, another couple checking in in front of us (already in their swim suits) was very unhappy. While right off a very busy intersection in North Dallas the property was tucked back in a little tree covered area and was amazingly quiet and serene from what you would expect at that location. VERY CLEAN THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR AND WAS THE SAME FOR 2 DAYS, MY ROOM HAD NO FRIDGE AND THE POOL WAS CLOSED THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN

Wonderful after having a bad experience in an Austin La Quinta. The location of our room ) close to entry door from parking lot and not having a fridge in the room. The couple of issues we had were promptly taken care of. Loved our stay.
