Love is in the air... Nothing The bed was like heaven

Good The air in our room wasn't working properly & it took several hours to get it cooled in the summer heat! Also, we reserved a poolside room & when we checked in we were told all of those rooms were taken. Pretty grounds. Great location.

Worth the stay Halls were hot and trash overflowed...could be maintained better. Nice property....Close to nice restaurants (walking distance).
Not our best stay in Dallas Paper thin walls, slamming doors, not enough bathroom privacy due to thin walls no insulation whatever. The biggest problem was having to re key our entry card on both nights. We were really irritated after coming in late and tired and couldn't get into our room. We had to go down to the front desk and back. Not happy although they gave us a 20 dollar adjustment. Location of our room to the elevator from 2nd floor
Exceptional One of your friend I believe his name was Simon need some additional customer service training. He displayed no empathy and did not display an attitude of servitude It was clean and comfortable. Your front desk staff was pleasant
Good The room smelled like smoke. Family and I could not receive a discount because we booked the room with you a third party.
Exceptional I thought I would have a refrigerator in the room.
