Exceptional Staff was really helpful and Extra friendly :-) When you travel you tend to forget things, they were really accommodating!!
Good, pretty clean, breakfast It echoes. My dog is alittle anxious and barked a few times when we could hear doors close or people talking down the hallway but they do have a white noise type option on the tv that helped. The property is in a great location, very close to the Gallaria Mall. Pretty clean over all and the free breakfast we received was pretty good not many choices but its free and most everyone likes waffles.
Good There were dogs on the 3 Rd floor we were told that the dogs were only on the first floor since my niece has severe allergies we wanted to make sure the rooms did not have a dog in them before us they assured us they only allowed dogs on the first floor but someone had two big dogs on the 3rd floor we complained but nothing was done also the carpets in all of the hallways was very dirty The rooms were clean

A nice place to stay! Breakfast was a bit sparse if you are not into carbs- they have pancakes, roast, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, and cereal.., Pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Comfy beds.

Near enough to all Dallas activities yet far enough to relax. Breakfast could be extended an hour. Location is great. Everything nearby yet hotel is off set from noise. (Other than air planes) :)
No fridge. Smells like smoke, but clean. Comfortable mattresses. For a non-smoking property, our room consistently smelled like smoke. I would wonder if possibly housekeeping smokes while cleaning. There is no small refrigerator in the room, which we generally require.
