Very Good I could have my pup with me, and there was a big courtyard for walking her.. I was also happy I could get chamomile tea any time I wanted, and the breakfast buffet was a nice perk.

As expected El servicio de shuttle. Se que es independiente pero les deberían de exigir más limpieza del shuttle. Tenía un olor feo, la van sucia y bastante desgastada. Lo que esperaba, sin sorpresas

Good The shuttle service did not work as it should and the hotel staff didn't tell us where to go for the right place for the shuttle until the 4th time we phoned and we had to ask if we were in the right place. They never told us to go down one level, and this place was not marked as the other place she said. We ended up taking a taxi around midnight after 2 hours waiting and 5 international phonecalls to the hotel! That was 5.a.m. our time! Nice and clean room. THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE STAYED AT IN A LONG TIME!! The property was clean, the rooms was clean, breakfast was nice, linen and towels were clean. The staff was AMAZING! From the time I checked in until the time I left. GIGI was spectacular! The other lady, I assume she was a manager, she was GREAT! It was comfortable and everyone was friendly. I never stayed at a hotel where I had nothing negative to say. Other guests were nice and quiet and respectful. I literally have nothing bad to say about this property.

We were traveling international to South Korea and we stayed there to wait for our flight and it was amazing! everything There was nothing I did not like! The courtyard was beautiful and staff was talking about they were fixing to add more things to it!
