Exceptional
Relaxing and Comfortable. Simple hotel! My only complaint was issues with the keys. We had to run down to the lobby to get our keys redone once a day because the doors would not accept them sometimes. It wasn’t really a big issue and they always were quick and happy to resolve it. They said they’re waiting to get new things for the doors so they’re working to resolve it! The room and bathroom were both spacious. The water in the showers stayed hot forever. Uncomfortable for solo female traveler. First impression was negative because of all the trash outside the hotel. It’s an old hotel with popcorn ceilings. Musty smell. Ask for a room away from freeway side. The traffic noise in middle of night made it hard to sleep even with a sound machine. The shuttle picks up folks from other hotels and the first one from DFW was dirty & shaky on the freeway. Ride back to airport was fine. It was great. It was hard to spot the van to the hotel because there are many hotels running the same van in a multi-hotel circuit. The van didn't have a very clear sign. Once I realised this, I hopped to the van with no issues. I loved the breakfast. I will return just to have another breakfast like that.

Good location, adequate breakfast, comfortable room. Lobby and main area was very messy. Leaves and pieces of trash all over at 11pm when arrived. Though Saturday morning it was all cleaned up. So not a very good first impression but improved. Room and bed very good and breakfast was fine. Shuttle ride to airport provided by hotel was good.
