Exceptional That I didn't have time to take advantage of all their services. Motel undergoing remodel but that did not effect any of the sections I was in. The free shuttle to and from airport was a major reason I decided to stay here. Shuttle ervice is 24 / 7 based on availability of variety of drivers that work with each other for covering the number of people wanting transport at a given time. They were efficient. Would stay again Standing in a dark area of the airport after midnight to wait for the shuttle. The airport needs a security guard there or there needs to be a safer place to wait. We had a guy watching us while we wait. Pretty sure he didn't do anything because my husband is big. Sad we didn't get to enjoy more of the hotel as we were there due to a layover. The friendly staff and the room. The shuttle was quick after we called. It was very quick to get to the airport in the morning

It was good for the night The carpet had dirty spots and the pillows weren’t comfortable. The bathroom was great, super clean. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.

Clean rooms, friendly staff but the stay was challenging. I booked a handicap room. I was put in the absolute farthest room in the hotel. Down one long hall, take a right and to the end of another hall. I don't have a wheel chair, I use a cane and a walker and being put soooo far away was terrible. Elevator in the second hall wasn't working so my family couldn't even drop me off half way. Convenient DFW stopover but facility needs work Elevator was out of services (and I had a third-floor room). Hotel is under light renovation which was not obvious in the booking.com description. Breakfast was included but no protein. Fitness center had no wipes and one of the recumbent bikes was broken. Excellent location for DFW trips. Large room - so spacious! Fitness center.
