Exceptional the shuttle from the airport to the hotel took a while as we drove around the airport picking up more and more guests close to the airport; comfortable bed; check in was a breeze

Good There is no restaurant. I called the room service they offer and was told that the kitchen was closed. Proximity to the airport. Shuttle service is good

Exceptional no me gusto que la empresa por la que contrate el servicio, no dejó claro la nesecidad que le planteé pues cuando llegue me tenían una habitación para discapacitados y gracias a los trabajo se resolvió pues íbamos una familia de 2 niños, mi esposa y yo. muy ineficiente la empresa Booking.com el buen trato de los trabajadores

Comfortable Stay A bit of dust on tv and dresser. Bathroom needs better maintenance. I stayed in two different rooms and neither of the vents worked which made the room a bit muggy. Tub needs a good scrubbing. Public areas seemed to always need sweeping/vacuuming. Staff could be more attentive/friendly. Room was mostly clean and in good condition. Bed, pillows and linen were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful
pleasant and convenient to airport still carpet in rooms rooms are very spacey, very comfortable beds. staff is very friendly. free shuttle service is a plus.

overall good experience. the bathroom sink could not drain and Ma Tainan r never showed up to fix it, even after multiple requests. it is clean and staff are very welcoming.
