it was ok I didn’t know I had to schedule housekeeping. this is something you are told at checkin. Also, the shuttle, if it hadn’t been for reading reviews I would not have known to schedule an appointment for a lift to the airport. I feel that these two things should be part of welcoming a guest when they come to stay at the hotel. I liked the patio and pool area
