Perfect if you are stranded at DFW Checking was very slow. Shuttle drivers from and to the airport were very efficient and friendly. Perfect when you are tired from traveling and don't want to deal with any additional problems
Will stay on return trip. Only 1 negative. It’s location is not close to any restaurants. So you need to plane accordingly. We didn’t Uber Eats! Convenient from DFW airport. The shuttle drivers were great. Very helpful and friendly.

My stay was good. I would stay again. There was some signs of aging on the room and stains on the glass of mirror in the bathroom. Proximity to airport and price

returning home Dallas layover didn’t like that I couldn’t call on WhatsApp or messenger to arrange for airport pickup. we choose this property because it had a dedicated shuttle bus. it was hard to reach them using an international phone with only WiFi at the airport but once we were able to reach the front desk through a third party it was fine. loved the shuttle drivers! they were very good. front desk staff were also very pleasant and helpful.
