great needs a deep cleaning in elevators and carpet but room was clean location
Comfortable and convenient. Check-in was rough. Lots of airport cancellations made for a long line. Check-in staff could’ve been more pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, wide variety. We were exhausted when we arrived and room was very comfortable. We had problem with double booking and manager was extremely helpful.

Good Airport Hotel Worked well as an airport hotel. Nothing to complain about.

It was okay. I probably would not stay again. I didn't like that I ordered a shuttle service for 8/30 at 8:00 am and when the shuttle arrived, it shuttled passengers to the airport instead of shuttling me to my job. As such, I had to take a taxi to get to work on time which was extremely inconvenient and anxiety producing. I liked the responsiveness from the workers regarding the shuttle service.
