Wonderful The walls are thin enough that I could hear everyone around me but it was also an absolutely packed hotel so it makes sense that it was loud The staff who handled all of the airline cancelations on Aug 21st did an AMAZING job at staying professional through all of the high stress. They worked very quickly and went above and beyond for all of the tired travelers. They definitely deserve a raise!

Good, but not great. The breakfast selection was underwhelming. The eggs, I guess they were trying to be an omelet, were disgusting. regular scrambled would have been much better. All of the cereal choices contained a great deal of sugar. The A/C unit in our room, 223, was very noisy. Finally, the shuttle to the hotel from the airport, was not running at 11:30 PM and this cost us a $28 cab ride. Felicia, at the front desk, was very friendly and extremely helpful.
