Clean and worth for the price
Exceptional Lack of communication for the shuttle service. They want you to call when you receive your bag from baggage claim. At the time, this sounded great until it took 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. After finding out why it took so long (never been to DFW so I had no clue about the different terminal drop offs/pick ups) so had I atleast known that prior to calling for our shuttle it wouldn't have been so frustrating.
