Very Good The front office lady named Abigail told us that the hotel does not call taxi for their guest, so that we have to get up 1:00 am to ask the front desk for help, and we arrived at 10:30 pm at the hotel. it was very clean. The front office lady at 1:00 am was very kindley and help us to get to the airport. The shuttle driver was very kindly.

good airport hotel near DFW breakfast is not great. minimal fruit, no yogurt like you typically get at these continental breakfasts. plus bagels and toast were not wrapped and left out in the open, which does not seem like a safe option in the COVID-era. great airport hotel. clean, quiet, good value, close to DFW, free shuttle. Even though the shuttles usually only run on the hour, the very kind lady driving made an extra trip for me when I missed the earlier departure, and gave me directions for getting around the airport!

It was a perfectly lovely room that I needed for the night. I needed a receptacle for my CPAP machine. None were available without unplugging the lamp. It was not a big deal but it is something for the designers to think about. I did not expect a suite, I expected a normal room. It was fantastic! The bed was comfortable, and the sitting area was very nice.
