Good hotel close to the Airport. They did everything they could to provide what I was requesting at that moment. That was so nice.
It was fine overall There was no cleaning of the room for the course of my stay. I arrived on Thanksgiving evening and almost starved, the staff could not help me find a restaurant which would be open on Thanksgiving evening. Not entirely their fault but was quite tough on me. The breakfast was ok, the location was convenient wrt airport.
Met expectations Breakfast was a little scimpy compared to other LaQuintas I've stayed at. Room was very comfortable and clean. Shuttle driver was AWESOME! So informative and helpful and personable. Wish I'd gotten her name so she could be recognized for her outstanding work.
Pleasant Shuttle took an hour to get to us at the airport, late at night with an early flight the next day. Didn't get any breakfast as it didn't start until 7am really needs to be 6am for early flights. Bathroom needs attention with cleanliness and updates.
miserable evening checking in staff, lovely morning staff when checking out. rest room, nice bed. checking in staff unhelpful and not welcoming though this might have just been DJ the one I met, though the checking out staff really lovely. nice large rooms and comfortable beds
Very Good No restaurants within walking distance. Easy shuttle to airport. The driver of shuttle was very good at her job.
Pleasant The bed was uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and I could hear everything from the next room. There was some sort of domestic abuse going on. I was about to call the cops when the stopped. Property is very close to airport and they have a free shuttle service which is great! The property was clean, well maintained. The front desk personnel was courteous. It was just a quick one night stay for me.
