Good overall stay, needs a few tweaks to make it a better stay The Front desk was not very friendly. Even though I liked our room 146, it had a smoky, cigar type smell to it. King Room had plenty of room, it was clean and appeared to be updated. Liked the Complimentary breakfast. Very nice courtyard, but it could use more upkeep. The cleaning crew was very nice. Liked the close proximity to the airport, and the flight updates on the tv in the lobby.
comfortable and practical but a little dingy. less light in room. no room service unless requested. pillows worn out and lumpy. no variety in fast - same everyday. simple breakfast - healthy and something for everyone (except gluten free)

Quick overnight Nothing Close to the airport as we stayed after a flight delayed us overnight
Not exactly feeling safe as I transfer through town! Used towel left in bathroom, given room with leaking ceiling in hallway (unsafe), new room had huge gap at bottom of door (unsafe). Last year, same property and construction failed to provide a door lock. Won’t stay there again! Bedding comfortable

A very nice quick stay near Baylor Hospital. We must have visited during a conference or something. The hotel was packed. But other than that, it was a pleasant. It was clean and easy to locate.
