Wonderful The breakfast was good except for the coffee. The coffee tasted really strong, maybe that's the way they like it in Texas. This was a good value. The lobby and main areas of the hotel were nicer looking than I expected.

Good Light bulbs kept flickering/dying. Housekeeping would repeatedly knock door after multiple declines. Fire alarm went off evacuating everyone and there was no comment extended to guests or apology for inconvenience. Free breakfast was pretty average. Distance from hotel to attractions around dallas were not walkable at all. 20-30 min uber to downtown, 45 mins to the fort worth stock yards, 10-15 min drive to airport.
