Will stay there next time I come to Dallas. Second elevator would be nice No breakfast being served because of COVID-19

Pleasant Please temper this with a covid world, as it may explain all. - there was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast. I never saw any signs of any breakfast of any kind, either day. - there was no maid service. We left at 10am, returned at 5pm, and everything was the same. No new towels, no new soaps, no beds made. - though there were pool towels on each table the first day, which I thought was nice, 24hrs later, those same used towels were lying all over and no new ones. - hot tub was dirty and cold - Very friendly s... read more
