Pleasant The cleaning service stole my sons bike shoes and we ended up telling the manager and they ended up giving them back to us the next day before we left after my dad told them we were going to call the police and file a complaint. The food and the rooms

Very Good shuttles to airport didn't start till 5 wife was at front desk to check out their was a shuttle at front door at 4 asked driver if he was going to airport he stated he was their for pilot only I had to go into airport to drop off passengers going to different ways and times didn't have time had to leave before it was set up

I will return to this hotel the next time I'm in DFW for work. The hotel was nicer that I was expecting. The room, in fact the whole hotel, was immaculate. People at the front desk were extremely nice.
