Good Light bulbs kept flickering/dying. Housekeeping would repeatedly knock door after multiple declines. Fire alarm went off evacuating everyone and there was no comment extended to guests or apology for inconvenience. Free breakfast was pretty average. Distance from hotel to attractions around dallas were not walkable at all. 20-30 min uber to downtown, 45 mins to the fort worth stock yards, 10-15 min drive to airport. Will come back and stay here again if i have chance The location is really good, only 10 minutes from the Dallas airport. The hall way is very clean and classy looking to me. Staff very friendly and nice

Great stay in a well kept hotel!!! It was sooo nice. Room was so clean. Bed was very comfortable. I rode the shuttle at the 4:55 a.m. schedule on 10/17/25. Whoever the shuttle bus driver was, he was so nice, efficient and a gentleman! The staff at the hotel were nice also.
