Exceptional The elevator and hallway need updated. The room was nice and clean
Very Good The pool and hot tub were awful. I asked when I made reservations if the pool and hot tube were open...they said yes. The hot tube didn't work and leaves covered the bottom and had little water. The pool was dirty....like it hadn't been cleaned or tested for a long time. Too bad, as that was one thing we really wanted to do. The room was nice. It was cool. Good location

Nice hotel Issues with communication between the front desk and the van driver. I was sent to the incorrect location and I ended up waiting for over an hour in the middle of the night. Cleanliness & size of the room. Modern facilities are kept in good condition.
