Overall good. Issues should be addressed to increase satisfaction & likelihood of return customers. Valet parking costly and should be there 24 hours a day. We checked out at 3:30 a.m. to get to the airport and there was no valet. The person at the desk had to call someone from another hotel. People needed their vehicles early needs to be considered. There were no tissues in our room. We asked for a box and was told the hotel did not have any they were out. First hotel I ever stayed out that did not have tissues. Night staff... read more
Good Staff were very unhelpful and had no knowledge of where to eat. No help with luggage on arrival. Location was great. Room very good and breakfast lovely and varied.
Exceptional Rooms are small. Restroom door is a sliding door, doesn't offer a lot of privacy. The location, the bed, the shower!

Awesome Die Züge in der Nacht hört man recht laut, zumindst wenn man ein Zimmer Richtung Bahnstation, welche gleich in der Nähe liegt, hat, Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger und abwechslungsreicher sein. Ansonsten OK. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig gelegen. Die Größe des Zimmers für eine Person ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
