Close to Dallas tourist spots Parking was by valet only. The area where you could wait for valet was congested. I called the front desk . The manager got someone to help right away. Need a better system. Especially for people of limited mobility.

I would rate this Hotel an overall a 5 out of 10. The barn sliding door on the bathroom is NOT something we cared for at all. There are cracks where others in the room can see. While traveling with co-workers this was very uncomfortable. We tied a sheet over the door for privacy. Also, one of the ladies traveling with us is breastfeeding her baby. She would have to pump several times a day and the milk needed to be frozen by the 3rd day. The rooms refrigerator does NOT have a freezer. It took talking to 6 people to get it ap... read more

We have called the elevator company to asses why elevator was stuck during your stay. We just went through major upgrades, thank you for letting us know.
