The overall hotel was excellent, the staff were wonderful. We booked with booking.com and expected a parking garage. The garage was not available and appeared to be under renovation, but we did not see any actual work being done Thursday or Friday. The valet service was excellent, but expensive. One of two elevators broke on Sunday and make it really difficult to get down to the lobby with our luggage. The breakfast was really good. Péssimo atendimento Os funcionários da recepção são muito mal educados e grosseiros. Aconteceu comigo e com outros hóspedes enquanto eu aguardava para fazer o check in. Não ficaria de novo neste hotel pelo péssimo atendimento, apesar da localização ser excelente. Lamentável. Da localização
