Best Hi-Quality Value in Downtown Dallas Would be nice if/when more restaurants would be located nearby. Minor quibble re breakfast: Wish breakfast plates were either that unbleached tough paper kind or china/stone not the flimsy plasticy foam stuff currently used (which downscales an otherwise decent enough breakfast).
