We felt very comfortable Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, free coffee,juices good choice of coffee.

Hellhörig Direkt vor dem Zimmer röhrten dermaßen laute Klimaanlagen, dass wir sofort kehrt machten und um ein anderes Zimmer baten. Leider gab es kein gleichwertiges (King-)Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hotels oder in einer höheren Etage mehr, so dass wir ein Mini-Eckzimmer am Fahrstuhl bekamen. Darin konnte man sich kaum umdrehen und man hörte natürlich den Fahrstuhl und die Leute davor, aber es war in unserer Wahrnehmung besser als die Klimaanlagen. Ich würde hier nicht wieder buchen. Excellent Great location for walking to tourist sites. Everything was fairly basic, but seemed clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Good value for money.

Acceptable We stayed in 608. The construction was unbearable! We had a late night but due to the nouse we checked out around 8a.m. thinking we could sleep till at 11 shower and enjoy the city. If a discount on our next stay would be acceptable we would definitely be returning to you facility! Hope to here from you. Have a great day! Good The room was too cold. The staff didn't know how to work the heating/ac unit. Friendly staff

Pleasant We walked into the room and our luggage would barely fit through the hallway in our room, sad to see how small the room really was. The breakfast was a let down with very little options and not a good selection of food. The Inside of Hotel was beautiful and very updated, it was very close to the Downtown area. Very friendly staff and it was easy to get to coming into Dallas.

Classic Hotel Redux No dowside. Great location. Friendly staff...helped me check in early so I could prepare for a banquet we were attending, and called us a taxi. Old hotel, but recent extensive renovations made it feel new.
