Very Good 電梯老舊，有同事被卡在電梯裡面五分多鐘。隔音較差，低樓層有大型室外空調機的噪音。 床大又舒服，空調夠冷。交通便利，距離會展中心很近。
Disappointing The rooms were extra small. And the first night there we had to move rooms because our room had an ant problem. It's a little outside of downtown with not many restaurants near by. No self parking so had to pay for valet. The free breakfast was a plus

Extremely small room The room was extremely small. Room had king size bed and about 1 foot around it to walk . It was clean. Served a hot breakfast.

My stay was fair to OK There was no free parking! Don't be fooled, they offer valet at $25.00 a night or public parking for $15.00 for 8 hours. Employees were not helpful at all and the rooms were VERY small! The free coffee that was available all day.

Exceptional The valet parking, paid for and tipped. Noticed that after we had left. There were deep scratches on the back bumper and side bum0er. Brand new car that was replaced due to the flooding in Houston. Left word with the valet company but haven't heard back. I an hopeful that there will be a call back and the issue taken care of. The valet did not look at the car before parking or after. Parked I. A busy street as to not allow inspection.
