Fair The rooms were small
Scammers. They didn’t have my reservation when we called the day before our arrival. We booked months in advance. We had booked two rooms. When booking.com tried to fix it they said they had one King room for 4 adults. I said that wasn’t gonna work and the hotel said they were full so pretty much that we were out of luck. I told booking.com to cancel my reservation as one room wasn’t going to work. I then found a different location and had to pay in full. Would not stay here again Horrible off site parking and coupon code provided did not wosk, staff wasn’t very welcoming or helpful with code not working, sheets smelled dirty in the middle of the night I got a waft of body odor from the blankets as if the bed was remade from the previous tenants, scratches on walls and on furniture. It was affordable and I did like the view of the ball outside of the the window, the dove body care was great, breakfast provided.
We will not be staying here again. Room was not clean, staff were short and rude with us, our floor smelled like weed so strong, the walls are SO THIN I’ve never experienced anything like it, and there is absolutely no parking and no valet which is nuts to me. Location was great!
