Exceptional Good location to many things to do and see, all within walking distances...just a one-mile walk to the American Airlines Center!
Friendly staff The staff here were the most helpful and friendliest I've encountered in quite a long time. The location was perfect!
A great place to stay. Friendly ,pleasant staff and clean environment. If the time period for breakfast can be extended by an hour. Also the heater in my room was not working properly. Wasn't able to make it to breakfast.
