It was a pleasant stay. No parking, the doors were broken to get into the lobby, the room was too small for two people. The location. Breakfast was good. The bed was huge and very comfortable.

It was overall good No parking close to the property The location was right where I needed it to be for my events
I could have not found a better place . It met my expectations. Only downsize was the lock of the door was lose and i felt in the beginning unsafe, but everything went well. I hope they fix tat soon for future clients. Location was very convenient to what I was in Dallas for, room had daily service loved this, full breakfast is a plus specially for the vent I attended I had not to get worried about that since there are not many places around. Dallas downtown is a very quiet city and schedules are limited in restaurants.
Very Good
I liked the comfortable bed but not the fact that no parking/valet was available. No parking or valet at the property. The lobby was not appropriately appointed. No seating and very disheveled. One elevator was not working. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
Exceptional The staff were excellent. The hotel meets all the requirements of a good stay.
Good room, that's about it The breakfast is quite lackluster. Some cereal, some eggs, some odd pancakes, and only some jam to put on the bread. There is also quite some noise from the railway and highway nearby. This area of Dallas is very empty, there are some nice restaurants but those are quite sparsely spaced. Not what one would expect from the 'downtown' of a major city. You won't hear me complaining about the room itself.
