Quick trip for concert Parking was terrible, due to construction took almost 20 minutes to find the entrance to parking area which is located a few blocks away and costs $10 per day. All of which would not be too bad if the homeless population was not so heavy around this location. Also stated pool in the booking, no pool. Location was great for the price, walking distance to dealey plaza. Secure guest entry, decent fitness center.

Overall-great staff, great breakfast, great room. The parking situation right now is really bad while they build their own parking garage. The front desk person, Dax?, was fantastic. Parking was confusing, but she was very kind and patient even though I know others were upset. I accidentally left a very valuable birthday gift at the front desk when checking in and she made sure to keep it safe and get it back to me.
