Pleasant experience for a night, would return. Accessibility was a slight issue due to ongoing works around the exterior of the building. A very minor inconvenience, however. The hotel bar is still closed also. The location was good, just around the corner from JFK memorials and only a couple of minutes' walk from streetcar stops. Walked into the city center and to American Airlines arena with ease. Also arrived a little early and was given an early check-in time which was fantastic.

Awesome Central location in Dallas, Staff very helpful especially Rahel! Breakfast was quite good with a variety of options and the room was very comfortable

Pleasant Rooms and hallways were a little too dark for my liking. Historic pictures were kinda creepy. For sec thought i accidentally booked room at haunted hotel Staff was really nice!
