My stay was ok just a bit louder than expected. I could hear people in the hall slamming doors knocking loudly and being loud. The friendliness of the staff.
Exceptional There was a piece of the bathroom vanity that fell off when we first entered the bathroom. The door of the vanity seem to not be attached properly. Loved the location and then we could walk to most places we wanted to see.

Pleasant
Brilliant modern hotel in an exceptional location Very comfortable room in a great location in downtown Dallas! Paid extra for a city view and it did't disappoint, beautiful view of Reunion tower. The included breakfast was also great, much better than I would usually find in a hotel. Manager Neal was also very helpful so thank you to him. Would definately return for my next stay in Dallas and absolutely recommend!
