Exceptional I do wish the would list the parking specifications ... I love the location ,it’s perfect for sight seeing as soon as you get into downtown Dallas . Very clean the staff is great and they have a valet service for your vehicle . Beautiful views of downtown Dallas ...will definitely visit again !

Exceptional Room was quite noisy due to air conditioning units outside window Good facilities, free tea and coffee, staff were friendly and accommodating
I feel safe. Convenient to convention center. I will book again and recommend to my friends. There is no shuttle from the airport. For first timers in Dallas a shuttle even with a minimum fee help lessen the anxiety and stress of tired travelers. ok
Good Room had old tub with detachable shower that didnt work
No parking. Had to park on street Good selection and variety
Awesome Room was a bit small. Bathroom small and no tub. Would have liked plain coffee. Not use to paying this much but allowed us to walk to passport office. Valet was pricey but turned out to be s good thing.
