Exceptional Not that we would worry about the security inside the hotel... but it would just have been nice to have a safe in the room for our use, to lock personal items we would rather not carry with us...just something I have a habit of doing. Pleasant There wasn't any attendant at the front desk upon arrival. And asked the car valet if he knew where front desk person was he said maybe the bathroom. Another person wanted to purchase snacks. And another couple arrived as well waited while to check in. It was longest ever waited in lobby at a hotel for front desk. Outstanding Elevator was a tiny bit slow...can’t think of anything else! After a full day of touring, it was a treat to go to your hotel to cool down and relax! The location was perfect for the Kennedy sights and to pick up the tour of Dallas I booked...PERFECT! It also had an extremely clean guest laundry!
