Nous avons passé une nuit, l’emplacement était correct, proche des grands axes. Par contre une salle de bain, très médio L’état de la chambre matériel, très dégradé L’emplacement
Fair We received a call asking when we would be checking in. We get there to check in that night and get roome keys. We went to the room, and the room had not been cleaned. The bed had not been made, dirty sheets and bedding on the floor, the bathroom was not cleaned, and stuff was left in the shower. Called front desk, go down to front desk and lady give us another. A/C started leaking the floor was wet in this room. Call the front desk for more towels to be put on the floor for wetness. Had to listen to the dripping for 2 ... read more
It was great but might want to check the halls and rooms of mold so it doesn’t ruin peoples trip or money to stay there. We stayed on the third floor and the whole floor smelled of mold and even our bedroom had a bad smell to it. The staff was excellent and very polite. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great!!
N/A When we checked in our first room had roaches and we got moved to a second room and the microwave was broken. The pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was decent. Probably change the menu.
