It was great but might want to check the halls and rooms of mold so it doesn’t ruin peoples trip or money to stay there. We stayed on the third floor and the whole floor smelled of mold and even our bedroom had a bad smell to it. The staff was excellent and very polite. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was great!!
N/A When we checked in our first room had roaches and we got moved to a second room and the microwave was broken. The pillows were lumpy. Breakfast was decent. Probably change the menu.

Fair The water smelled like sewage in the bathroom sink we brushed our teeth with bottled water It was very noisy and my window blocked with a truck that parked outside No privacy The room is okay the bed one of the sheets has a stain on it Breakfast was okay
Clean, great staff but lousy area They called us because they ran out of queen beds. So we had to take a king and sofa bed and the sofa bed was terrible. Also the amount of deodorizing spray was awful in the lobby. It was clean and the staff was very helpful.
They were refusing to give us the room we asked for which was a two queen bedroom which was paid for in full and reserve
It could’ve been better .rooms are clean. The pool area needs to be shaded with tents or umbrellas!! It’s to hot kids uncomfortable sun directly on them . No proper out door sitting . Only the front entrance. Front desk attendant didn’t have my rooms as I booked had to go back and confirm on my personal device. It was clean .. and the breakfast.
Stole my Cologne very bad. When I went outside someone stole my Chanel Cologne when I asked the management downstairs they were like our housekeeping is very trustworthy. It never ever happened in any of the hotels ever in USA. Very shameful I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It's clean.
