Für unseren Zweck des Aufenthalts passend Beim Frühstück waren alle Backwaren einzeln in Plastik eingepackt. Auch gab es nur Plastikgeschirr… Das geht leider gar nicht! Das Hotel war das dritte unserer USA-Reise und ich fand es ganz okay. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und wir haben gut geschlafen. Prinzipiell muss ich aber sagen, dass man merkt, dass es eine Hotelkette ist, die Hotels tausendfach errichtet und daher leider mit wenig Charme einlädt (von außen sah es zwar toll aus, innen fanden wir es jetzt nicht so toll)... read more

The room was fine but the staff was less than helpful. I was put into a room that I didn’t reserve. I reserved a 2 Queens room and was put into a 2 Doubles room. The attendant kept telling me they were the same but they are not. No changes were made not an attempt to see if there was a price difference and refund of any said differences. Also, I booked a “no prepayment needed - pay at the property” but the hotel proceeded to charge me b the morning before I even left my original city.
