I was taken advantage of by your establishment you took $441.14 from my account for no reason. I didn’t like being robbed from your establishment. I wasn’t able to enjoy my time because I was too busy focusing on my account because you all charged my account $441.14 two days in a row. This after I just paid over $2,100 for only 13 days. I DIDNT LIKE MY STAY 1. the elevators STOPPED WORKING HAD MY SONS AND GRANDBABIES WALIKING 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. I DID NOT LIKE THAT PERIODT. I COULD NOT SLEEP PEOLPE OVER OUR HEADS WAS MAKING SO MUCH NOISE WE COULDNT GET ANY REST. the breakfast and staff thats it!!!

It was okay. One elevator. Definitely needs more than one elevator I loved how you can smell the cleanliness. The products that may have been used.
Horrible nights no rest Bed and bathroom Pool
Everything was fine till they robbed our vehicles My vehicle got stolen the manger on site and staff was no help at all That it was closer to other stores etc
Very Poor Our air conditioner didn't work for our entire stay nor were we offered to move to another room.
Don’t think I will go back to that location. We was not aware that housekeeping only comes every 3 days. Front desk didn’t inform us until checkout. You have to request towels and bed linen in between time. I think that is very poor decision.
Mold in Room MOLD IN ROOM! When my wife and I first walked in to room 308, it smelled heavily of musty mold and strong cleaner scent trying to cover it up. Upon further examination, we found MOLD on our bedding. Went down to front desk and they were booked solid, no other rooms available. We were in town for the All Star game so the rest of the town seemed booked as well. We had this reservation for months. We tried to be easy, polite, and not be troublesome guests.
