Fair The fact that the poor girl couldn't get in touch with anyone. The room was hot even though it said it was on 65. The TV would turn on but wouldn't change channels. That wasn't such a big deal as I only wanted some background noise. The girl at the front desk, I think her name was Denise, had her computer crash and she was panicking trying to get in touch with a manager. Exceptional The breakfast was okay, maybe some added choices like bacon and sausage could of made breakfast amazing. Close to shopping, restaurants, cleanliness, pool and the beds. Staff was great at resolving any issues. Definitely would stay there again!

I woud definitely stay there again in the future. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was pretty rude to my family..not good. The overall cleaness of our room.
