Really well-appointed and inexpensive Nothing This is one of the nicest LQ's I've ever stayed in. The staff was cordial and professional. The room was massive for a hotel under 100 U.S. I brought my dog and it was no charge and no hassle. The grounds are extremely well-maintained and the rooms are quite modern. The location is within walking distance to places to eat and its on a major thoroughfare. And, they allow late check out up to 1pm. I shall return!

The staff was great. The room was very clean and I love that they allowed pets. The only 2 issues I had was seeing two small cockroaches one in the bathroom and one behind the dresser. I understand how difficult it would be to keep those suckers out of a multi room facility. And the other thing I would have liked to have seen was the outside pet area cleaned a little more. I didn’t see any pet feces but there was soo much trash and cigarette butts. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Good value for the money Great location near Baylor and Children's Hospital. Friendly, helpful and courteous front desk staff. Amenities limited due to Covid. Nearby shopping and restaurants. Felt safe. I will stay there again

The hotel is beautiful and kept very clean for pets and family trips this is AMAZING! There should be quicker enforcement when crazy people are partying all over the property. I personally wanted to call the cops but being a business woman, I let the staff know so that they could handle it without it being an entire scene or episode for all of the guest. It took about 40 minutes for these people to be told they needed to stop with the profane music that was keeping my children up. I was on a business trip so sleep was already limited and this just made my wake up time super early as we never went back to sleep after that. I like that the staff was friendly at 3:00AM when I called to let them know there was a disturbance on site. Someone was blaring music in the parking lot so loud it woke all 3 of my kids up. Every other word in the song was the N word and cursing. I had to really have a teaching moment with my 10-14 year olds about the negative effects of this and why we don't use the N word at all ever! I was an upset mother!
