the outside weather was bad. Over 100 degrees everyday the elavator went out so I had to use one farther away. the breakfast was fine. could use more choices.
I really enjoyed my stay here during my trip to the US. I really enjoyed my stay here during my trip to the US. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, which made me feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The location worked perfectly for me, with easy access to restaurants and transport. Overall, a great stay that I would happily recommend.
Not sure we would stay again since main reason fchoosing the hotel was the pool and it was broken Too many dogs on our floor and we asked for handicap room and it was located at the very end of the hall which meant a lot of walking! The breakfast choices were not great, exact r every day and the potato needed to be fried not microwave!! Better fruit than apples and oranges. Also eating area not always clean The room size was great, room was clean!
Overally we had an amazing time, special thanks goes to Norma the receptionist. House keeping needs a lot of attention especially in bathrooms (the tub). The receptionist by the name Norma is very pleasant and welcoming, she was very helpful and made our stay more comfortable. I would come back to La Quinta because of how she welcomed us and also helped us throughout our stay. The gentleman at the reception was also very nice.
Enjoyable stay and will be back at least 2 more times this year. The TV system was somewhat difficult to navigate and frustrating to use for streaming. The breakfast was appreciated. The staff was great-- friendly and helpful. The courtyard area was my favorite space. The location was perfect for our needs.
